Experienced Financial and Strategic senior executive with global investment banking and finance experience having been a Managing Director in Investment Banking and held senior executive Corporate roles leading Corporate Development and Finance functions. Her experience includes Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity and Debt Capital Raisings and Growth Strategies working with Corporates, Private Equity and Venture Capital businesses. She has strong financial acumen, business insight and brings a global perspective having worked in New York, London and Australia and led teams in Asia. She has a strong bias towards action and outcomes and is customer focused. She is passionate about inclusive leadership and diverse teams, leading change with technology and new ways of working. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) First Class Honours in Finance and Econometrics from Monash University.
