In addition to an extensive Business Management Career, Debbie has an extensive and decorated football career playing 302 games, represented Victoria on 16 occasions, including six as captain, is a 6 time All Australian, five-time Helen Lambert Medallist (equivalent to Brownlow), Club Captain, Assistant Coach for the 2006 Australian International Rules football team and is the current senior coach for the Victoria University (VU) Western Spurs in VFLW.

Dr Amanda Rischbieth AM PhD FAICD Dr Rischbieth advises business and governments on AI, Governance, Cyber resilience, Sustainability, and Health. She has over 25 years of company directorship experience and was CEO of a leading health organisation for 6 years. She is a current Harvard Research Fellow (2025), was a Harvard Impact Leader 2024 and a Visiting Scientist at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health (2018-2022), after being competitively selected in 2017 as one of 40 global leaders as a Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow. Her MIT AI Venture Studio team built an AI health platform and won a gold award in 2024. In 2023 she received a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) award for her services to public health and governance. Dr Rischbieth is a member of the Harvard ALI Coalition Advisory Board, chairs the National Blood Authority Australia, is a Non-Executive Director of the International Women’s Forum Australia, and a member of the International Foundation for Valuing Impacts Technical and Research Committee. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Adelaide, Faculty and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and member of Chief Executive Women Australia. Dr Rischbieth’s previous directorships include Duxton Farms (ASX:DBF), the Australian Organ and Tissue Authority Advisory Board, the National Heart Foundation of Australia SA, the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses (National President), South Australian Public Health Council, the South Australian Urban Renewal Authority, the Leaders Institute of SA and the South Australian Motor Sport Board. She completed her PhD, which focused on a novel intensive care decision-support system, in 2007 at the University of Adelaide. Earlier in her career she established and co-led a private intensive care unit for 10 years. In 2018 she joined the Hands-On group going to Sri Lanka, fitting 247 prosthetic hands to landmine victims.
